How does this work?
We've arranged for advertisers to pay for your FREE internet access on our network. If you choose to accept our terms and conditions, you’ll be served a brief advertisement, about 30 seconds long. All we ask is that you watch the ad to get online.
Who we are
In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "our" and "us" mean together Thames MeshHopper Limited (a company registered in England and Wales under number 5658491 whose registered office is at Howes Percival LLP, Oxford House, Cliftonville, Northampton NN1 5PN) and MeshHopper WiFi Networks Limited (a company registered in England and Wales under number 4843183 whose registered office is at Howes Percival LLP, Oxford House, Cliftonville, Northampton NN1 5PN). Your contract with us
When you click on the "accept terms and conditions" icon, a contract between us and you is formed under which we will provide you with wireless access to the internet via our online-4-free.com network (our "Network") for fifteen minutes in return for you watching an advertisement. The contract between us and you is subject to these Terms and Conditions, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. Our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions references to the "Services" mean connectivity to the internet using our Network, and references to our "Website" mean www.online-4-free.com.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking on the "accept terms and conditions" icon you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you object to any of these Terms and Conditions or our Acceptable Use Policy or our Privacy Policy, you should not click on the "accept" icon and you should leave our Website immediately.
Before clicking on the "accept terms and conditions" icon you should ensure that you are able to obtain a signal to access our Network from the location at which you wish to use the Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to obtain this signal, and we are not responsible for any failure to access our Network or to use the Services which results from a signal not being available.
Minors
If you are under 18 you must obtain your parent or guardian’s permission before using the Services, and your parent or guardian must click on the "accept terms and conditions" icon. By clicking on the "accept terms and conditions" icon your parent or guardian is agreeing to supervise and be responsible for your use of our Network and the Services and your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to require your parent or guardian to provide us with written verifiable confirmation that they have given you permission to use our Network and the Services and that they acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for your use of our Network and the Services and your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Access to Services
Once the contract between us and you has been formed, you should follow the on-screen prompts to start the advertisement playing. Once the advertisement has finished (which takes about 30 seconds) you may use the Services for fifteen minutes.

Principles
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of our Website, our Network and the Services. You are reminded that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, any failure to comply with this AUP may result in the suspension and/or termination of your use of our Website and/or our Network and/or the Services without warning. The primary goals of this AUP are:
- to protect the internet infrastructure, and other internet users
- to protect our servers, Network and customers, and our ability to provide services to our customers
- to protect our reputation and ensure we are able to act as a responsible internet service provider.
It is based on some general standards of behaviour accepted by the general internet community, but is not an exhaustive document. We reserve the right at all times to act to protect our reputation, networks and servers.
The internet and its infrastructure fundamentally rely on mutual co-operation and consideration between both users and service providers. Therefore, both we and you have a responsibility to maintain the highest standards in these respects for the benefit of all. Furthermore, if we permit any abuse of the internet via or related to our services, our ability to provide services to you and other customers may be impaired.
